I’m Raven O’Neal

I am a work-in-progress, my business is a work-in-progress, and if you’re here and still reading, chances are, you are too.

As a mentor, entrepreneur, wife, mother, and expert in marketing and business development, I see my business as an extension of myself. It’s woven with a tapestry of experiences, expansion, and yes, even some teachable fumbles and setbacks.

But it has always been the passage of business that invites me back time-and-time again.

The path of business has shown me over and over again that leadership is truly in the sacred service of others.

I’m a meticulous and consummate professional with repeated success in leading project operations from start to finish, ensuring completion within given time and budgetary constraints.

I have a remarkable background in executing strategic growth initiatives and marketing functions while effectively managing P&L responsibilities. In my many roles in the startup ecosystem, I have provided women founders with strategic solutions, marketing acumen, resources and information around access to capital, so they can launch and scale their businesses. Throughout my career, I have empowered more than 500 female-led startups, advised more than 200 founders, and helped facilitate more than $100M in funding.
